General contractor serving King County, Washington

Masis Contractor LLC started as a one-man operation. The founder picked up tools, showed up on time, and did the work himself. Every job was personal because there was no one else to hand it off to. That kind of accountability shaped everything about how we operate today.

Over the past two decades, something changed. The business grew, and so did the family. Now the founder's kids work alongside him on job sites across the greater Seattle area. What began as a solo effort has become a family business built on the same values it started with: honest work, straight talk, and showing up when we say we will.

We handle a wide range of home improvement projects. Whether you need a new deck, a kitchen or bathroom remodel, fresh paint, new flooring, roofing, siding, fencing, or a DADU built on your property, we have the hands and the experience to get it done. One contractor, many trades — that means fewer headaches for you.

We serve homeowners across Bonney Lake, Seattle, Federal Way, Shoreline, Normandy Park, Sammamish, Magnolia, Issaquah, Redmond, and Des Moines. If you are in one of these communities and you need work done on your home, we are likely already working near you.

Being a family business means our reputation travels with us. A bad job does not just hurt the company — it reflects on our name. That is why we treat every project, big or small, with the same care we would give our own home. You will work directly with people who have a real stake in getting it right.

We are available Monday through Saturday, 6 AM to 8 PM. When you are ready to talk about your project, give us a call at (206) 510-8575 or send us an email at Info@masisgc.com. We would be glad to walk through what you need and put together an estimate for you.
