Jorge provides peace of mind that the job will be done correctly, to the highest standards, faster than you thought possible, and at a fair price. Hire him, but after I get all my projects done first, please! I had the misfortune of a different contractor hitting my water line and flooding my house while attempting to hang a simple shelf. I have physical disabilities that prevent me from lifting above my shoulders or standing for long periods, so I need to hire help for nearly all projects. Due to this, I’ve dealt with dozens of contractors and tradesmen over the years. I rarely hire them more than once due to issues with their work or professionalism. A person who does fantastic work but is creepy, rude, or unprofessional is just as problematic as a wonderful person who’s terrible at their job.

I was stood up by the first contractor that I was referred to by Home Advisor on the day work was scheduled to begin. I called Home Advisor and they put me in touch with Jorge Vargas of Masis Contractor. Jorge was able to fit me into his schedule with very little delay at a reasonable price. He finished the job in a timely manner (granted, I had the tile already on site and there was very little wall prep required) and I cannot say enough about his professional and personable manner - and the associate he brought with him. The job was finished beautifully, they cleaned up nicely and the cost was extremely reasonable. I'm already planning the next job with him!

He gave us timely notification of his arrival and was clear on any questions or concerns. I was not sure what type of tile I specifically wanted and he took time during the free estimate visit to show me example photos and give me his own professional guidance.
